This location is fabulous. The service is great from the moment you step in, as their hostess (Oslidia) is friendly and upbeat every day. Our server, Mel, is also very attentive and offers prompt service. The food here is always consistent, and the fries and chicken are a great deal for the price.

We came from out of town after having to leave 2 other restaurants due to busy Mother’s Day wait times. From the moment we walked in, we were met with nothing but friendly and courteous service. The owner of the restaurant was at the front welcoming us to her establishment, presented both myself and my mother with beautiful fresh carnations, and offered to have our photo taken at the lovely rose heart display. We knew then, we were at the right place. We were promptly seated at a comfortable table by a window and met with friendly service by Kelsi K. We gave our order right away because we are Swiss Chalet regulars and know what we like without question. We did have some special requests for our orders, and all of them were met perfectly. Within a minute we had our drink order served and within 5 minutes, our appetizers arrived. Kelsi was quick and efficient while maintaining absolute care during our meal. Once we finished our appetizer, our meals were brought out straight away - fresh and hot from the kitchen - exactly as ordered. Management and our lovely waitress checked in on us numerous times throughout our meal and brought refills to us without asking. When we were finally leaving the restaurant, the busy hostesses at the front stopped what they were doing to take a moment and thank us for our visit, gave us each Lindor chocolates and showed true appreciation for our visit. After having frequented several Swiss Chalets across Ontario and Quebec; we can confidently say this was the BEST Swiss Chalet we have ever visited and experienced. We will definitely be returning when we come back into Niagara Falls. Kudos to all of the lovely staff at Swiss Chalet in Niagara Falls! You all had made us feel loved and at home.

Best dinner I've had in years! Best ribs I've ever had in my life! Our waitress Mel was so nice. Very fast service. Nice photo opp display for February. Great specials. Two can dine for 19.99 on Tuesdays. Kids eat free on Wednesdays. Very friendly atmosphere! Highly recommended!

Christmas meal. Got coupons for free kids meal from Niagara united soccer. Plus no HST. Reasonable price. VERY HAPPY ABOUT THE SERVICE FELT LIKE BEING TAKEN CARE OF.

Had an awesome meal at Swiss Chalet on Lundy’s Lane! Our server, Laura, was super friendly and made us feel right at home. Food came out hot and fast, and she kept the drink refills coming without missing a beat. Great service, tasty food—definitely planning to go back. Highly recommend!

My recent visit to Swiss Chalet at Niagara Fall, Lundy's Lane, on July 24, 2036 was absolutely fantastic! We took advantage of their "Two Can Dine" deal — amazing value for a delicious, hearty meal. Everything from the rotisserie chicken to the signature Chalet sauce was spot on. A special shout-out to Rebecca, our server, who made the experience even better. She was warm, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. Her professionalism and friendly attitude truly stood out — she’s a gem! Highly recommend both the meal deal and the top-notch service at this location. We’ll definitely be back!

This reinstalled my faith in Canadian customer service, the customer service is how I remember Canadian customer service used to be when Canada was a proud country. I'm so grateful I got to experience this as a Canadian citizen, my experience was above and beyond, somewhat patchy service at the end, but as I saw the potential and the fact the server and staff were extremely accommodating and genuinely pleased to be working there, it really makes a difference for the better. It's a big place, lots of seating, the food is delicious.

The servers handled our 2 bus loads of hungry people with both pleasant smiles and attitudes. The food was great as expected but the service was extraordinary. Hats off to all the ladies...and the kitchen crew as well. Job well done!
